  • Full Commercial Kitchen use (includes one of our staff for facility assistance) - $250 per hour
  • Idle time (if you need more time outside of your events time frame for set up/Clean-up): $50 per hour billable by the half hour
  • Additional restrooms (Men's restroom with 8 Urinals and two stalls & Women's restroom with 7 stalls) - $100

  • Access to the Foyer, Lobby, 2 Large Restrooms and the Sanctuary
  • Access to our entire parking lot (140 Parking Spaces)
  • Access to Up to 280 padded seats
  • High Speed Wi-Fi
  • Standard Warm White Lighting
  • Use of the stage
  • Access to the Ice Maker, Walk-in Fridge, and Freezer

Feature Add-Ons

  • Customized Lighting Queues, colors, and scenes (includes a lighting technician to run the lights at your event) - $400 per hour
  • Sound System Set-up and engineering - $450 per hour
  • Custom graphic design for the projector Screen - $300
  • Use of our 16'x9' Laser Projector Screen and presentation software (Ran by one of our staff) - $300 per hour
  • Kitchen (Preparation and clean-up only, no use of stovetops or ovens - $150 per hour
  • Full Commercial Kitchen use (includes one of our staff to assist with equipment and prep) - $250 per hour
  • Idle time (if you need more time outside of your events time frame for set up/Clean-up): $100 per hour billable by the half hour
